New Book Presentation

On September 16-17, 2023, the international scientific medical conference “Infertility 35+” was held in Georgia for the fourth time under the auspices of the Georgian Association of Urologists, Obstetricians and Gynecologists and Reproductive Medicine and the organization of the Georgian-German Reproductive Medicine Center GGRC. The main topic of this year’s conference was oncofertility. The doctors of the world’s leading clinics in the field of reproductive medicine presented their researches and cases. Within the framework of the event, the presentation of the new manual “Maintaining fertility in oncological patients” was held. The authors of the book: Maka Osepaishvili, Nino Museridze, Olga Lavrinovich introduced the history of the textbook creation and its importance to the listeners. The guide was created based on the study of the available scientific evidence, in order to combine the necessary knowledge for consultations regarding the preservation of fertility in cancer patients in one work. The auxiliary manual is intended for oncologists, obstetricians and gynecologists, reproductive specialists working with oncological patients, as well as for students of higher education (residency, doctorate, specialty) and additional professional education (qualification improvement and professional training).
